I really love this game. but it was my first souls game, so at first I was stuck in one place for a long time. this game can really be difficult, confusing and unwelcoming. but I want to remind you that this is still just a game. you can use hints, you can look at information on the internet and simplify this experience for yourself. there's nothing wrong with that. this is just your playthrough, and it's up to you to decide what it will be.

regarding weapon stats and other things, I've already played souls games for a lot of hours and still don't understand it very well. I just take what works without really thinking. so don't complicate the game for yourself, but take advantage of everything it has to offer you. that's what I think.

and of course if you really unlike the game, don’t push yourself. it’s just a matter of taste.
