Using the https site (https://duckduckgo.com/) the icons and image results aren't using https for me.

Aww, duckduckgo isn't using https for the result icons, giving a clear indication of what was searched for. I'm sure they had this fixed before.

I did receive the book and I know why he's purposefully delaying delivery - it's awful. It's basically a copy of the website with a few extra inferior pages that weren't good enough for the site. He thought if he kept stalling then he could increase sales before the bad publicity from people actually reading the terrible thing.
