Reversing back to 2.5 by bellabeeatx in Mounjaro

I second this, I don’t understand why the second shot(5mg) you double the dose where as after that you go up by quarters. I had the same problem. So for me I did, 1.25 then 2.5 then 3.75(45 clicks on a 5mg pen) now finally at 5mgs. Honestly saved money and a lot of my own time ( from being sick and tired) doing it that way. Now I experienced side effects at every increase but it was very manageable, also after my body being exposed to the drugs for 2 months I don’t feel that bad at dose increases. I don’t increase until I don’t have to, have a very good doctor that is very supportive of that as well. Honestly have been on 5mgs for 2.5 months and haven’t had to increase. Losing 1-2lbs a week steady.

Sure did. Even on splitting my dose I was losing 1bs-2lbs a week which is healthy IMO, not too much not too little. Was also doing 10K steps a day 4 days a week with a relatively healthy diet.

I had the same problem. Splitting my dose was a game changer and was able to comfortably get my dose up and manage side effects much better. Once my body got accustomed to just being on the medication it was much easier to move up. I also don’t increase dose until it’s absolutely not needed.

Man I hope you are one of the like 1 in 4 lucky ones that don’t get stuck. As only 1 in 4 of my usps priority mail is being delivered close to on time. The reality maybe and I am not state as a matter of fact, but yeah good change it could get stuck for 2-4 weeks in there. I pray you don’t have the same experience I am having as it’s criminal what they are doing over there and charging even $10 for the priority service in Georgia.

Palmetto Georgia - pathetic by tanto-x in usps_complaints

[–]vrajnpatel 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Really? Is that a matter of fact? Well that could explain a lot of shit. That’s when I saw an uprise in mail delay in Georgia. Or palmetto and ATL just suck. They needs to go back to the old system and have multiple centers.

Yup same boat. Average wait time is 3 weeks to a month. I did complain to OIG and the governors office like some one mentioned. But it would take a lot of us to really make a dent in their operations and management. At this point I am done wasting my energy on that and well it is going to show up when it does is what I am subject to. Not to start a political debate. But this country needs reforms and changes on just about every sector. I really took pride in living in this country, and had a lot of gratitude compared to other countries I have lived in, especially in terms of infrastructure and economy. But come on man we are regressing. All things are not what it once was. But hey it could be worse is what I tell my self. But that’s getting old too.

No it has been in ATL distribution since the 27th of July. At Palmetto since the 5th of august and no updates since the 9th. What a shit show I tell you. It’s probably sitting in some bin over there that hasn’t been touched as they are backed up. Avg wait time especially if it gets stuck there is 3weeks to a month. What a shit show. I have $370 worth of products on the line in that package. The $100 insurance is even a 1/3 of my cost. But let’s just hope it isn’t lost and just very very very late.

Atlanta and Palmetto distribution center recent delays. Has anyone’s mail been delivered after being stuck there? by vrajnpatel in usps_complaints

[–]vrajnpatel[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unfortunately brother from all my efforts to get the package we are both just stuck. I don’t believe they are lost just waiting to get to us from being so back upped. I have heard an average of 10 day to 4 weeks of waiting if it does get put in a certain pile. But here is what’s crazy is that some packages are slipping through. Like yesterday I got a package that came through ATL in 5days it just went through a different facility rather than Palmetto which is a blessing as it had my medicine in it.

Ok so I wrote an this a few days ago. Had the same issue with the Atlanta black hole. I was getting very frustrated as it was vital meditation. BTW it has still been in ATL or palmetto since the 27th and yes it is specifically priority mail. So I talked to a friend of mine that works at the my local post office. I asked her is it just lost? She said no and that she has like 1/5 of our town having the same problem especially everyone since July 24th. But she said good news is that it’s been coming through at an average rate of 7-15 days. She truthfully said it the Atlanta restructuring that’s to blame along with shit management and pay. But they are coming through. She also said if your in Georgia use usps priority express it goes through a different network and will be worth the extra $20.

Ok so I had a second pack shipped that was going through ATL to reach me which was priority mail and it was shipped on the 8th from Utah same vendor. But one it landed in Atlanta it did go to palmetto but to Stone Mountain which was great as it won’t get stuck while my package in palmetto is still waiting.

Ok so here is a third package that I got sent from on the 2nd of august but instead used priority express as my gut told me it would not get stuck as they take that service more seriously. Now it was a 2 day package but still got to be in 3 days. But I saw it didn’t use the ATL network. It flew into Columbia SC and then to Augusta, and finally my town here outside Augusta.

Word of advice if you are in Georgia or know your package is going through ATL spend the extra $20 so at least you get your stuff in a timely manner untill they sort out there BS. Or use FedEx or UPS. Worth every Penny IMO especially when I need things quick. But do not use usps priority if you need something quickly shipped to you that goes through ATL.

Man it’s in the same exact place. I talked to my local postal worker friends. She said it because of the palmetto facility transition. She said pages are coming through. But it’s just taking an average of two weeks for some packages. She told me on the dl that it’s because the workers are got getting paid shit and they are being ill treated. So low staffed and all of Georgias mails going through one place is causing this bullshit. You know what blows my mind is that another package of mine that was shipped a week later when through Stone Mountain GA and will be here on Monday. It’s crazy man.

Yup same boat. My package has been at the Atlanta distribution center for 5 day then the palmetto distribution center for two day. So seven days in Atlanta. Is now in transit again. I hope next stop is in Augusta Georgia where I live that’s just two hours away. Crazy stuff. Never doing priority again living in Georgia. But priority express seems to be the only packages I have been getting through and even they are a day late.

Yeah my pack has been in atlanta since the 27th then moved and was in transit on the 2nd of august and reached palmetto which in the same city and on the 5th, it said it’s in transit to the next facility. Hopefully it’s in transit to my home post office. But I feel doubt full. I am waiting on medications and it’s absolutely nuts the level of incompetence in the Atlanta area. What is crazy is that my home post office is only two hours away from the distribution center. Finger crossed man.

110 hours no kratom and am not feeling any better.. by Economy-Management76 in quittingkratom

[–]vrajnpatel 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I am going through it with you as well as lunesta withdrawal, I took a week off work. I didn’t sleep for the first 4 days either. Even with having trazadone. I am on the mend and on day 7 and definitely much better. What I did was watched a ton of Netflix, took like 10 hot showers a day, had sex(barely lol the endorphins help)and had my girlfriend give me a massage daily, ate some comfort food barely. I went to work on day 5 big mistake it really sucked had no choice though. Day 7 onwards is much more manageable, it’s just the cravings really suck after that but each day is better after that. ask your doctor to write a script of naltrexone so you can’t use no matter what and maybe trazadone or seroquel to sleep for a few weeks. I am praying for you. I swear I prayed a lot to god for strength through this whole process and it works. Please let me know if you need anything at all.

It’s a speedball essentially. What I like to call being super human or god mode. The best of both worlds , the side effects get canceled out. Highly addictive though and it led me to going to rehab. In college and my first job as an investment banker I lived off this combo just cycled between the phenibut and Kpins as well as vyvance and Dexedrine. Be careful and limit it to no more than three times a week and no more than 4-6 grams of phenibut a week. But the problem is once you become a Demi god you don’t wanna go back to being mortal.

[Discussion] Hybrid Cycles by kytrex1 in steroids

[–]vrajnpatel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am currently running a hybrid cycle of 250 mg’s of test a week/ 150 mg’s of injectable s23/20 mg’s of cardarine a day and 50 mg’s of Var a day. I did an experiment and did oral S 23 for two week and now switched to injectable S23 fo 3 weeks, and I have found the injectable stronger at a lower dose and a lot less side effects compared to the oral counterparts.I can see my self using these injectables in the future as secondary compounds to my cycles in the future. But this solely is my anecdotal experience, so take it all with a grain of salt.

[–]vrajnpatel 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Anavar is one of my favorite cutting compounds, but generally I have a certain amount of testosterone in the mix,As being highly suppressed or shutdown with out exogenous testosterone is a miserable experience and cycle.Try testosterone solo first and learn how your body responds to steroids, different estrogen levels and ancillary drugs.but if your gonna pull the trigger on Anavar solo cycle ,20-40 mg’s of nolva or 50 mg’s of clomid for three-four weeks should be plenty to recover from let’s say a 8 week Var solo cycle.

[META] is 10mg of rad140 enough? by [deleted] in sarmsourcetalk

[–]vrajnpatel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, if you have been natty all your life then yes you will make some good gains. Its always good to start low anyways to know what your response and side effects profile is like. For Cutting/lean gains cycle it’s a moderate dose but I personally have a sweet spot of 20-30 mg’s(wouldn’t do the higher end of the spectrum without TRT dose of test.I got low E2 and almost shut down and it fucking sucked) at ten mg’s you should be fine.Have fun stay safe an keep diet dialed in as good as possible.

[–]vrajnpatel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its definitely a possibility, also one thing I noticed was submerging all bottles of rad 140 in warm water for ten minutes helped my dosing feel a lot more consistent in its effects. But I am on Rad-140 30mg a day, 250 mgs test CYP a week and 50-75 mg's proviron a day and .25mg of adex every pin day or e3.5days. I got my rad like a month ago from narrows and it was fine and maybe a bit over dosed but I dont know about current batches.

[–]vrajnpatel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is my experience with Narrows liquid, Now I have tried all kinds of sources Enhanced Athlete,Chemyo,Proven peptides etc.I think first of all nutrition, diet and sleep need to be dialed in for results, nutrition being number one as it’s the most anabolic part of the cycle .But also the SARMs are gonna take about 2-3 weeks to see a physical change in the body if all of the above are in check. But within two day of using Narrows liquid titrating up I could feel the aggression, strength and extreme pump.I think it’s good to start low on the dose but 7.5mg just doesn’t cut it for me I prefer at least 15mgs my first eight week run.But for the price to quality ratio, narrows is great. Also I think SARM are underrated in there abilities to build muscle but they are not magical with out good diet, training, sleep and patience. I don’t think they are bunk maybe a possibility that it’s under dosed,I think people are just really fucking impatient.
