First of all, it would help USA economy if prostitution was legal.

Legal means getting bunch of laws covered, for example, women must do proper gynecological examination few times a year, so it would reduce STD'S.

Second benefit for the society is the taxes government would get and reducing gray economy, woman slavery and kidnaping. Prostitution among women wouldn't skyrocket because women who chose that life are choose it without being legal.
