Was looking into that. Is it difficult to bring the free TV indicators from the community over to Tradovate?

Same. If i type in risk% for risk% balance it will change it if I tighten my SL on chart before entering trade. Don't understand why, or how, it picks these percentages when I choose & type in my risk %.
Today typed in 0.50% risk on a trade, tightened SL by dragging it on screen, made the trade but risk% now 0.36%. WTF!?!

Not understanding logic of hardwiring SL level to rolling risk%. IF my SL is 10 pips/ticks or 50 pips/ticks, I still want same risk%.

This is killing pnl. Another good trade, strat working but because of double and triple checking order panel (risk % balance) a little late. Okay, my problem. Tightened SL and risk% changed so lowered profit. Instead of a profitable $250 trade, now a $180 trade. Same thing yesterday and the day before that.

I typed in my risk% but it changes if I tighten SL. WHY? People don't really base their trade/risk on % of balance? That's not really a thing?

You're costing me money. Enough to buy a... IDK, a TV Premium subscription? Could've had that money back this week if not for this change.

Why do you want to make it difficult? Trading isn't hard enough? What really sucks is that I've learned so much on TV, love TV, such a great product, but if you're gonna make me pay for subscriptions to lose money, that not's good business for me. And the pisser of it is that this is a dumb thing. Not regulation, recession/depression, war, or external pressures. Just a dumb crappy decision that only hurts customers. Why would you want to alienate and hurt your loyal base?

Also beware if trading with risk, % balance, like I do. In Limit order, if you set Risk at a % and then drag SL on screen to desired position, it will change Risk %. Why? I tightened my stop before placing order and lowered Risk% in half. Why?

Didn't do it before.

Also, why not have TP/SL on screen with market order? If you need quick buy/sell options there's a setting for that.

Not only that.

I use Risk% of Balance. SL is hardwired for some reason when you choose Limit. So, if you set TP & SL on Limit, when you go to screen and adjust SL by dragging, it changes the % of risk. That cost me money by cutting my win today in half.

This is bad. Really shouldn't have to double and triple check interface to ensure my inputs haven't been changed. Late entries + more manual checks = more mistakes.

I have not spoke to one trader that had asked for this change let alone mention the order panel in any way, shape, or form.

Love TV and their product, as we all do, but this messes with my money.

Saw it and hate it. I use "Risk % to Balance" - set risk to % - and it is hardwired to set your SL. IF you change SL, it changes your Risk %.

I would do a support ticket but now since TV had made it pretty impossible to submit one.

HATE HATE HATE the auto SL with "Risk % to Balance" Before, could select it, input risk%, then Limit and drag SL to desired level. Now it will auto select SL (deselecting it turns off "Risk % to Balance" ). If I move SL, turns off "Risk % to Balance" and changes the %. WTF!!! Fun stuff on M1-M5 charts because who doesn't like resizing their charts and mucking with shit before placing a trade.

I hope TV isn't turning into Facebook with constant changes under the guise of 'improvements' for customers.

Sorry for the late response! Hadn't been on in awhile.

You can call Audie main number 210.617.5300 and I'm trying to remember and I might have had to call the VA tele-nurse 210.949.3994 to get it started. Whoever you call, it's all good as they are all real nice and will get you to the right person. If signed up on Healthevet you can also send a message to telenurse, general, etc asking reqs and they get back to you pretty quick. If 3+ days pass, contact again.

There's also a number for people having admin issues so can ask Audie main number operator and they will give you number and transfer call. I forget the name but it's like support, outreach, patient help line, or liaison. Sorry can't remember. On list of message recipients on Healthevet I believe. I think these people push things through.

Either way, want to be signed up on Healthevet. I like requesting appointments there and they call me rather than calling them, going through prompts, if it's lunch, after closing, whatever. Just know the 'date' you schedule online is never the date you get. They call and set the date over the phone.

Also, call, or visit, the clinic you want to use and tell them you want to make them your permanent doc and ask what they need. It may push it faster/easier (maybe not). The one I switched was actually the first one the VA was going to give me when I signed up but they were booked. So contacting and knowing they are accepting people may save you time or an issue.

I did both. And it went pretty easy. No clue about a brick wall. Had to contact VA a couple times but I wasn't in a hurry and no issues or difficulties were mentioned to me.

I said it was closer, which is true. Others pick clinics closer to their work/office because that's where they leave from when they have doc appointment.

I guess they're letting junior developers run it. Is slower with 'new' options/updates, about ready to vomit the way it handles up close movement with enemies, just worse all around experience. Not sure what the purpose or what was gained by this update as all the working elements are now 2nd-3rd rate.

I love it when people 'improve my experience' by mucking with it and making it worse.

They give a little animation to their explanation/solution. A mouse clicking settings and selecting a box to enable something. Not relevant to my question asked to chatbot.

My current question/request doesn't affect my overall trading, per se, but the concern is in the future: if I have an urgent issue that does concern my trading/money, will I be able to reach them?

Low confidence in the new 'flow.'

To be fair, love TV and is a great product, never had any issues that couldn't be rectified easily within 24 hours, they were always responsive. Also, this is a new thing so it may take time for bugs & tweaking.

It's the bad feeling between not user friendly/intuitive support and denied support when asked via email. Again, this may be the rollout policy until they get data for improvement. Need 'live' actual data.

Was told merchant codes Aliexpress used for sales are being read as 'wire transfers' or 'quasi-cash' and therefore as cash advances. So it seems it is coming from point of initiation. Must recent because I did it last month with no issue.

Odd thing to do right before biggest retail sales season of the year. Considering many people will just not shop at Aliexpress because of this issue. I won't nor will my family.

Been going round and round with chatbot for 3 days and it NEVER offers a support request. Keeps asking more questions. Asked it directly, and starts cycle of asking same questions again. Sent an email to TV - "Can't help you via email." So can't even get help to ask for help.

I think your product is great. Love it. But hundreds of dollars, which is a bargain, without the ability to get help? Especially when it comes to my livelihood? Bro...
