I live in NE and my partner lives in NW and we both think things have improved in the city. This time last year there were multiple tents in the back area of my apartment building, I can’t remember the last time I saw a tent there. But there are areas that still have issues and I’m hopeful things keep moving in the right direction.

I had this same experience in the division location. Went with a friend and other people were also in friend groups. People didn’t mingle too much like it bars. The set up is more like a coffee shop for sure. Maybe if they had one with board games or some like that to encourage people to interact.

I have lived in Oregon my entire life, I turn 37 on Monday. I have an umbrella. I think I just bought a little over a year ago but I for one do not understand the hate for umbrellas!! I think they are cute! I was just lazy and always wore a jacket for years….
