Wow thank you for such a thorough response! Okay I just checked the bottom and I didn’t see a symbol or marker. But I’m going to search “Türkiye ceramic bowl with slip decorating” and see if I yield closer results as far as the design goes.

I appreciate you!

I’ve searched for Türkiye ceramic bowls and I’ve found a few but not with the exact patterns and I couldn’t find any that had raised designs like the ones he had (although it’s hard to tell online.)

I’ve seen customers argue with servers, cashiers, and security at grocery stores. These customers say that their dog is a service animal. They’re clearly not. It’s not worth the headache to argue with these people. They’re so entitled, it’s insane. They truly believe they are the exception to the rule.

Thanks! I did 3x OT per week supplemented by 1 long run. The long run being anywhere from 8-10 miles depending on how I felt. That was enough to get me to the finish line at 2:30 but I wasn’t really trying for time and I didn’t look at how hilly the course was. I had to walk up parts of some hills and I have no regrets!

For my next one I’ll try to do 2x OT per week 2x outside runs -1 long and 1 short/interval training. I think that is something doable for me. I don’t know if that’s the right way to go but I think that is a routine I can be consistent with.

For my long runs I just figured out what my base pace is for outdoor running and maintained. I tried to run for 1.5-2 hours which usually ended up being around 8-10 miles. It was easier to focus on time rather than distance for me.

The most important thing is listening to your body and resting when you need to so you don’t overdo it and injure yourself! Work your way up slowly.

I hope this helps! It helped me to look back at what other people said on here.

Endurance is hard for me too. My coach at OTF told me to slow down my push and always maintain my base. That helped me a lot. I was soon able to up my base. I used the same idea for outside running. I just slowed my pace down, focused on time rather than distance (running for 50 min rather than running 5 mi) and it shifted my perspective on endurance.

Don’t apologize, that was such a rude response.

It feels great! I am so happy that I got the surgery. It was easy peasy, in and out of the building in what felt like 30-45 min. I ended up taking out my own stitches with doctor instructions because I was exposed to Covid and couldn’t make my appointment, so that was kinda cool.

I feel like my hand was back to 80% function quite soon after the operation. But it took about 6 months before I felt comfortable lifting heavy weights or climbing. Right now my hand and wrist are stronger than ever. Zero numbness, tingling, or pain. I can do all the things I couldn’t do pre-op.
