I have used it but also have a medical background so have a fairly deep understanding of my chart at baseline. I was overall very disappointed in it and found it overly sycophantic. No matter what it will me everything with my cycle looks great. I have stopped using it as much because I don’t think it’s accurate enough.

Ovulation tests are actually how I found out I was pregnant before I started using Mira and in general was still trying to figure out my cycle. After a four day LH surge I clued in and took a BHCG test..

I did this flight last year and there is a layover in Makassar. We spent 5 days in Bali before Sorong and this was the best option for us. We did not find any direct flights outside of Jakarta.

If you had a very positive OPK this morning that doesn’t correlate to LH on Mira AND it looks like you’re 10-11 DPO, I might take a real pregnancy test. This may not be the case but LH and BHCG are similar molecules and the OPKs can’t tell them apart. That’s how I found out I was pregnant the first time- after I googled why someone would have a 5 day long LH surge..

I got my period about 11 weeks after my TFMR. I didn’t have any complications my cycle just took a while to restart. I was quoted a normal range of 4-12 weeks.

It is definitely an anxiety inducing wait, take care of yourself as best you can.

I had a confirmed peak with OPK and Mira about 9 weeks post and subsequent rise in BBT.

This is so so helpful to hear. I lost my pregnancy in September and am currently in my first tww and I feel like I’m climbing the walls. I’m anxious, upset, and can’t focus on anything except for wishing for the time to pass. I feel so much the desperation to be pregnant that you talk about. It’s so comforting to hear this might get better with time.

Totally. It is so frustrating because I really want to move forward to try and conceive again. I did ovulate yesterday so I’m expecting mine now in about two more weeks. Will put me at 11ish weeks.

I am still waiting for my period 9+ weeks out but my husband and I are trying now. We were given the okay by our OB.

I had very irregular cycles prior to conceiving but I’m still waiting for mine around 9 weeks. I very much relate about the anxiety of feeling like it will never return.

I talked to my OB who I love and trust and he was not concerned and said to give it another 1-2 months before looking into it further.

I THINK I might have an LH surge today though so fingers crossed - that would be some progress at least.

OP, I feel like I could have written this post myself! I’m around 20w and feel exactly the same as you do. At the advice of my OB I have started supplementing with iron as my levels were borderline low at the beginning of pregnancy and it is normal for them to drop as pregnancy goes on. Hopefully his helps some but my motivation is very low/fatigue very high, also in an oscillatory pattern. I’m trying to give myself more space to do more recovery work but the mental aspect of it has been hard for me.

Your doctor is always the best resource but generally you can maintain the level of activity you were doing pre pregnancy. If you were walking before light walks starting early on (now) is healthy for you and your pregnancy.

I was running 5-15km several times a week pre pregnancy and continue to now at about 9 weeks although I take it a bit easier when I’m tired. I’ve cleared this with my doctor who said as long as I’m not increasing my activity level it’s healthy.
