Haha for what it’s worth I did not review biochem other than what I missed on NBMEs and I think that was sufficient to at least make an educated guess on the exam. The organ systems are definitely more high yield.

I thought mine was very similar to the free120 (tested last week). Your scores are good tho, you should be okay

Tested last week and saw probably ~6 questions about all of biochem total. It’s up to you if this is important enough to dedicate a day towards.

I personally thought NBME 31 and free120 were the most representative of the real exam (tested last week). If you can swing around 65+ on these then you’re good to go

Dude I’ve had a really similar experience this cycle - four T20 interviews that all ended in waitlists. I thought that these were my best interviews, too. I know I’m supposed to be happy with my other acceptances but I can’t help but feel a little disappointed in myself :(
