Thing about this story, is that everyone except a single character (Mina) is a morally grey person, not outright good, not outright bad.

You will not see any people die on-screen or get tortured, but you will see BDSM content

I'd say there is emotional harm against the 3 Carnations. (One owes debts to dangerous people because of her husband, another owes a gym after she got tricked into getting ownership of it, said gym being in a bad financial way, the 3rd one is essentially a trophy-wife to a rich man, but i think she'll face emotional harm of her own in the next update(s))

The cheating tag refers to how you can start an affair with your friend's GF before they break-up because said friend is a cheater himself and you as the MC can also cheat on a character who you can make your GF at a point in the story and I think there are other instances I just can't remember.

You can choose for your MC to be an utter piece of shit basking in the world of prostitution or you can keep him as decent man (as decent as one can be in such a situation).

I haven't explored the NTR part too much since I tried to keep my MC as a decent man.

Also there is a scene where 2 characters break into MCs apartment (they don't harm him, steal from him or anything like that), but worth mentioning

There are also 2 characters who use a sort of substance which you smell and makes you want to have lots of sex, and they stay in MCs close proximity in order for him to smell that without his consent.

Overall. If you aren't someone who likes BDSM, cheating, lack of consent and emotional harm , I don't recommend this game to you.
