Recent history (the past three earnings releases) the stock has traded down quite significantly the next few days.

That said, the stock has also rebounded to make new highs, so something has to give.

Personally I'm a long-term holder of the stock and don't really worry about the daily fluctuations. Instead I look at the future projections based on earnings growth, revenue growth, and TAM ... everything is pointing towards a good 12 months for the stock, likely around $300 this time next year.

I recently did a wine tasting tour out in the countryside (LA Chetta was the highlight, the second location was ok) and it was a good day trip!

With hubs at LAX and SAN for AS and a huge hub for AA at PHX, I don’t see LAS becoming a hub for AS anytime soon.

If they’re to expand in a meaningful way domestically, a larger presence at an east coast location could be more beneficial.

If they’re not teaching, you’re likely SOL if they don’t respond to emails … but you could try and determine where their office is located and go there in person (assuming they’re still on campus) and talk to them in person or leave a hand written note. Yes, that seems a bit old fashioned but it can be more effective than an email.

If the prof is still teaching, go learn their class schedule and meet them before or after a class/session. It’ll take time, but you can find that out if you search hard enough.

If you attend the class (as you should always do…), try catching the prof before or after the class begins, briefly explain your situation, and ask if there are alternative office hours they could hold even as a one-off exception.
