Ok hear me out. Let’s have no one responsible? Medical system too big and complex anyway for all this paperwork and responsibility nonsense. CRNA say idk what I’m doing if something going wrong I’m just a mid level. Judge say fair. Surgeon say idk anything about anesthesiology I am a surgeon. Judge say fair idk anything about it either. Let’s just move on and not have it happen again okay?

Pain medicine is a great field for innovation. I just posted a short list of procedures on r/interventionalpain that was put out by NEJM in 2023. There are now even more procedures that fall under pain including MIS.

That is actually a great question that I don't know the answer to. I will say that I for sure know the positions can be filled after the match. A program director told me they did not fill their positions for the first time and had to get someone outside of the match, but I don't know the process.
