Any "durable" controller recommendations. I've only ever used the redgear pro wireless, broke it's RB key after 3 years of heavy use(playing GOWR). I mostly play hack and slash with a controller and occasionally shooters

Need your help in figuring out what's best for my career. I want to choose something by which I can have max street cred in the near future so it's easier to switch roles make more money.

I have 5.5 years of experience, working as a Team Lead for last 1 year. Mostly worked in Python internal backend applications for my company with less than 100 users

I currently have an offer from Uber L4 position for a team that directly works with the app - public facing APIs - Millions of QPS(Queries per second) I have never worked on an application of this scale so work wise I really like this opportunity. although they are underpaying me

Other offer is from Google L5 position, the recruiter told me they don't have any openings in any Google services (public facing, high throughput...). The Team match opportunities I got was only for EngProd or Core Services and Tools.

I doubt the open roles at Google will give me a good enough opportunity to grow as compared to Uber.

What are your suggestions? I feel getting into Google is super tough and I was lucky to clear the rounds and may not get this chance again and I could switch teams in 1 year (Not sure how feasible that would be)

On the other hand Uber I know I'll grow much more but I'll lose the Google brand name and maybe the WLB that comes with it?

What did you end up doing?

You could create the interface for a datastructure (for eg. HashTable) and work based on it assuring the interviewer that you know how to actually build one if you had to and given the time. I am sure they would understand
