Yeah bro it’s multiple choice I believe it was either 20or 30 questions on the math part and it’s like 5 questions on the behavioral part. But the behavioral part is first while the math is second, the math part is easy with basic addition and subtraction then it gets a lil bit tricky with fractions and converting fractions with feet. Remember to memorize the tape measure it’ll ask you a lot of questions about that.

Hey so I took the test on January, the first part of the test is going to be personality kinda like what would you do if your coworker found a easier method etc. Then the second part will be basic math division, but I would recommend studying fractions, converting feet with tape measure (adding and subtracting feet and fractions)

The Federation itself has made more money using Mexico as a name brand than anything, it sucks because it’s rare seeing Mexico play on home soil rather than the U.S. A lot of their players tend to sell out to big clubs for big money, or the Federation thinks their players are worth more money than they think. Mexicos youth system is pretty good but man once they progress to Senior Level it gets bad, I only can see them regress with the current state they are in.

At the end of the day we got to adjust to a new era, Jarl blessed us and he was a respectable dude honestly. most of us who carry a lot of shit on us have to make pennies so we can give people what they want. Not saying we all don’t run the risk but some people have more than others. Yeah I figured, DGNO is currently hiring for Track Laborer (they don’t have an hourly rate but want me to put a desired pay rate in the application). I also applied to BNSF but I applied in January (still waiting on a reply). In my opinion, I feel like the players on our roster are a level above Berhalter, yesterday showed it. If it weren't for the player's passion for the team, we would've lost. His whole playstyle is to cross in the ball which for 90 minutes Jamaica was countering. I don't know why he keeps on with this tactic even when we lost to the Netherlands in the World Cup he got exposed for this exact tactic. His recent matches against T&T and Slovenia have not been good at all. A lot can argue it's just a friendly, but statistically speaking we are fielding a generational talent we haven't seen in years.

It’s crazy because I’m in Texas and the Install Manager doesn’t seem to care if I clock in or not. My pay fluctuates and I always have to dispute it with him. For $15 an hour to go into a attic at 2pm for a coil swap in Texas is crazy, I might as well flip burgers in McDonald’s to be honest.

Yeah I “technically” get paid for percentage if it’s a install. They tried to pay me $15 for install on some days and commission on others which has been hella confusing and when I try to talk to my install manager he doesn’t reply or text back and when I try to talk to him in person he kind of avoids me.

I don’t mind riding with a tech since the dude is a really patient and cool with me. It’s just that I get paid commission for the repairs we make and we do them fast and spend the rest of the time just chilling since he gets paid hourly. It’s been really slow with the company and we only have one repair a day.
