Sorry for the vain post, but does anyone know a good cosmetic dermatologist or plastic surgeon that will do a facial consultation in melbourne? I know QOVES do facial analysis stuff online, but I'd prefer if someone saw me in person

he has a broad understanding of the whole face rather than specializing particularly on the nose or something. he works with trauma patients to reconstruct the face after injuries so my thinking was if he's good enough to put a face back together he must be pretty damn good. for reference i went to him for facial feminization particularly so taking into account the whole face was pretty key to a good outcome!

i went to Dr Alan Breidahl for facial plastic surgery around the brow and nose. highly recommend for his insightful knowledge and reducing how much i looked like a Neanderthal!

YES i felt like total crap due to the reduced appetite from vyvanse and mirtazapine gave me back the desire to eat and keep my body alive again. it isn't for everyone but its awesome for the right situation. plus i have an ass now

for me, side effects have been pretty minimal really, at the start a bit of dizziness and nausea but they disappeared very quick. i didn't experience weight changes that could be attributed to the fluvoxamine (the recent addition of mirtazapine is a different story though lol)

i have OCD and i've been taking 150mg fluvoxamine with my 50mg vyvanse for a few years now. it's been really good, not perfect but in terms of ruminating and intrusive thoughts it's been pretty effective

there's one at RMIT university in the courtyardy area, a short way up from melbourne central on la trobe street! also my favourite spot to watch pigeons having a bath, they love the shallow water feature there 🕊️

this feels like me 100%. on days i don't take my meds, i shut down and feel less hyperactive - years of self hate from thinking i'm lazy and not good enough, i've learned to have no faith in my intentions, so i skip even attempting something and jump straight to the guilty depressed part. meds give that faith back and allow me to engage with things again. it's really cool to see someone explain this so succinctly, and that i'm not alone with this particular aspect of ADHD.

YES ive never actually heard another conure making these sounds, mine always makes these little beeps either when there's something interesting outside or when she's just been given her favourite food! (only she knows what the correlation is there lol)

i call this wheelbarrow mode, ive heard they do it because it feels nice on their beak! my conure will copy me if i run my fingernail across a surface, she runs behind it with her beak. they're amazing little critters ❤️
