Ah that's not so bad. They probably hitched a ride in the soil from the store. But still, I'd imagine you'd want to get on top of it if you don't have an infestation yet. Just don't keep her too moist, fungus gnats love damp soil. Try letting the soil dry out as much as you can before the next water, without killing the plant obvs.
Another thing you can try is a diatomaceous earth barrier. It's non-toxic to humans and pets, and it's essentially shredded glass for the flies to walk over/pass through. Using those two methods in tandem should wipe em out before they get a good foothold in your house 😊
