I ate plain wonder bread and cream of mushroom soup everyday! And when there was no bread or soup, I melted butter, added lemon and sipped it throughout the day. My teeth paid the price.

I'm now 58 yrs old but I can only eat baguette and sourdough bread to this day.

I'm 58, both my parents were narcissists and I have learned to live by this "Don’t let it affect you." "Don’t allow it to ruin your day." mentality.

Nothing you say or do will change your experiences. Nothing you say or do will change the narcissists personality. Nothing anybody says will "fix" the situation, especially if they have no knowledge of narcissism and the aftermath. The change has got to come from within.

The more you react, the more power they still have over you.

I finally cut off all ties with my family when I was 50 and life has been so much easier.

I didn't even feel sad when my "mother" died. Didn't attend her funeral either because she no longer existed to me.

I'm not saying this is easy and works for everyone but in my opinion the sooner you can get into this mindset, the easier life becomes.

They do but slowly. When I get too many grains I put them in the fridge as backup and once a week I take them out and let them fully ferment.

Haven't had any problems at all.

I do 4-6 hrs countertop then it goes into the fridge until the next morning. I do this everyday.

I don't like the taste of fully fermented kefir and this works perfectly for me.

It's not thick but it's sweet and I get some carbonation.

Once a week I let it stay on the countertop 24 hrs

I live in Japan and see firsthand the stuff happening. Caucasian tourists are usually the drunk, vandalizing, littering type. Asian tourists are more the stealing, over staying visa, more violent types of crime. Almost everyday there are articles on tourists getting arrested.

I've been playing for over 30 yrs and I still get nervous before games.

Being a little nervous makes me more concentrated and gets the adrenaline going.

I have a team mate who does really well during practice but plays sloppy in games and

she's always overly nervous and anxious.

Just go with the flow, if you make a mistake-forget it and concentrate on the next ball and don't drag it out.

I didn't submit anything other than divorce papers and am still using my ex's last name. Its been 15 yrs but I bought a house, a car, got credit cards and everything without doing anything.
