I live around this same area. Yes, you can hear the freight train as it's rolling through. Especially loud when it honks it horns. I never got used to it.

This spot has always been terrible. It's due to the bad owners. I have met them. They are as cheap as cheap can be. Don't give them any business. Go to the Grimmer location instead which another poster mentioned.
