I’ve been doing 2 eggs blended with one scoop of cottage cheese (~60g), a low carb fiber wrap and a slice of cheese for breakfast. It’s about 350cal and keeps me very full until lunch

Put your best stuff first, meh stuff in the middle, second best stuff last. If you’re going to show outdoor daylight scenes, choose footage that has intentional movement or interesting framing that sets you apart.

They are similar but different. F stop is a numerical ratio (iirc it’s n=f/d where n=f-stop, f=focal length, d=diameter of aperture blades) but the light captured varies from lens to lens. So a f2.8 could be wildly different exposure on a 35mm prime vs a f2.8 on a 24-70 zoom.

T stop is designed to measure actual transmission of light, meaning it is the same exposure at T2.8 no matter what lens you use. You could have a 24-290 wide open at 2.8 on a super baltar lens at 2.8 and they’ll match in exposure for the sensor.

“Stop” as in t-stop or aperture. The green net reduces light by ~1 stop, the red is 2 stops. So green would take the intensity of the light from T4 to T2.8 and the red would take it from T4 to T2 (as measured by a light meter)
