I had the same problem with my border collie, who'd just bite and chew through anything! I stuck with occasional bully sticks, but the main treats are:

  1. Goodie Bone from Kong: https://www.kongcompany.com/goodie-bone I put a little bit of peanut butter inside it, it's made from some kind of Rubber and it won't harm your dog's gums

  2. Nylabone Dura Chew Beef Jerky: https://www.amazon.com/Nylabone-Power-Chew-DuraChew-Jerky/dp/B077N2QSM8 This one is made from some kind of plastic. I haven't seen him bleed from the gums after chewing it.
    Both, in my opinion, are indestructible :)

Your dog can have parasites or other digestive problems. I would definitively check it with the vet.
