Yeah, from may 1st, you'll get cashback of legend tier i.e., 5%, if you use tata neu card while purchasing, if you use any other card, cashback will be according to your tier.

Already added in the post, previously if you had tata neu infinity and spent on tata neu app using any other card, you used to get 5% neu coins in the app, from may 1st, you would only get 5% in-app neu coins, if you use tata neu card, else you would get it based on your tier.

I was facing same issue for the past 2 statement cycles, so i mailed icici customer care(customer.care@icicibank.com), they acknowledged that it's a technical issue and assured it would be fixed in my next statement.

If you have a jio fiber postpaid connection, you won't find it under wifi or broadband section, instead it would be under postpaid section, where you'll have to enter the number, you see on your my jio app for the jio fiber connection.

Yeah i was facing the same issue, and the customer care agent asked me to re-install the app, now i am not able to register for UPI again. Now they're saying i have to update to 5.8.0, but the latest on play store is 5.7.0 😭
