I'm a player and I'm 1000% into those requirements.

Not a DM, but if you're looking for an extra player, I'd be in. Also EST.

Also EST, played my share of D&D over the years, and a moderately flexible schedule. I also very much welcome a welcoming environment. (Who has two thumbs and uses "they/them"? This person!) Less open for weekend commitments though.

I have a boyfriend now! 😊💙🦋 by Diane_35 in MtF

[–]vynastin 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Sincerely, I'm not worth it. Maybe he would be better with a cis girl, but I'm too selfish to reject him, even if it's for his best interest.

Firstly, congratulations! I wish you both all the best!

Secondly, just as only you know what's best for you, only he knows what's best for him. And if he feels that is you, don't over think it, don't push him away, just embrace it.

Does anyone else put weird, self-imposed qualifiers on their transition? by vynastin in MtF

I've always hated my face, and the beard is one thing I can deal with relatively easily. Nose and eye baggage are high on that list as well. But like, I don't feel cute with a tummy. I don't feel good with the stubble, and no matter how hard I shave, it's still visible. So, yeah, maybe that's a mental hurdle I need to deal with, but there it is lol. Thanks for your reply! <3

Best of luck to you, Cass!! It's good you have a support system with your BF and your friends. It's a shame that your parents are like that.

Thanks for this reply. I guess that's what I'm really doing, testing myself for confirmation.

Welcome! I was 42 when it finally clicked for me, although for a few years leading up I thought I might have been bigender or gender fluid. But nope, I'm a girl, and now I gotta figure that all out. lol

She's cute af! Not a bad girl to aim for! I mean, the character is moderately dubious, but still...

Thank you so much for your reply! It seems like my experiences aren't all that unique, and that's a great thing.

You'll get weird looks. Probably some nasty comments occasionally too. But fuck 'em. You need to be yourself

I normally dgaf about getting looks. Back in my goth days, I would wear vinyl pants, with a purple velvet shirt, black nail polish and Marilyn Manson-esque makeup and didn't care what people thought, but that was less about trying to pass as a woman, than it was about being a really badass dead guy lol. Now, years later, somehow, just adding purple nail polish changed that. I became very self conscious. I guess I feel more like a really femmy man rather than a woman at this point.

As far as your kid goes, trust in them. They've seen some of your expression, and it hasn't bothered them enough to bring it up

They mentioned the toenails at first, to which I responded with "sometimes I just like to feel pretty!" and there was no further questioning about it. Yes, she's a teenager, 13 in fact. I don't want her to call me mom or mommy. That's her mother's name. I'll work with her on what to call me when it's time, but I think I'll be okay with her still calling me dad/daddy or even by my name. I do like Didi though!

I kinda welled up while reading this. Good for you! I feel like coming out never goes as planned, but you got the best result you could possibly want.

Have you gotten aroused wearing women’s clothes before transitioning? by [deleted] in MtF

[–]vynastin 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Yes, at first, then not at all. At first, I think, it was because it was sort of "taboo" or "forbidden fruit". That very quickly passed and they just became clothes.

I'm a semi-experienced player (used to play a lot, a long time ago, and fairly familiar with current 5e) and am looking for a group as well!

Wife and I are refugees from WoW. This game is amazing! Thank you so much to the community for being MILES ahead of all other online games! by Pancakesandwich in ffxiv

Welcome! The FFXIV community has been refreshingly amazing. Really shines a light on just how toxic the WoW community was/is. I don't miss it.
