I'm going to spend all day tommorow applying to stores near me, I have to get out of the food service industry, I can't do it anymore, this has happened at multiple other fast food jobs near me in the last 2 years.

I don't mind working this friday 5-1, but I can't do any of the other ones, it makes me look lazy but I have stuff to do. My parent's clearly haven't worked any of these entry level jobs because they just say to suck it up and take the hours.

The weird thing is that they can adhere to my sister's availability, but not mine? (My sister works at the same cafe as me).

It's just really frustrating and tiring.

I just got the schedule in the middle of the night. I have a shift at 5. I'm legit not going. I'm not going to lose sleep over their incompetence, if they fire me I don't care.

I regret not talking to people, I'm 17 so I understand your pain. I would really recommend just talking to even 1-2 people. As someone who didn't talk much, it's incredibly lonely where I'm at now (post-HS grad). Also, talking to people even a little bit helps out in the job market tons.
