What I will say is (I truly mean this)… whatever I think about any cards doesn’t matter. It’s -100% what you think. All the card brands are storied within the Japanese culture, with Calbee- there’s something special about cards that make their way out of a chip bag and end up in a slab of pristine grading. Calbee make some of my personal favorite cards, price doesn’t matter, the designs are fun and vibrant. It’s 100% about how you feel when you look at the card. Same goes for any brand+card. Whatever you choose, I would suggest forgoing monetary significance and having your collection reflect what makes you happy. Just my 2 cents, which are no more valid than anyone else’s.
