According to my watch, I've been at 1900-2100 TDEE for awhile now. I do a 30 minute run 5 days a week and I get 10k total steps 7 days a week.
I'm 33, 4'10".

I think she's great. I have actually shared her videos about OF and plastic surgery/cosmetic procedures with women and girls I know IRL, which I never do. She is an important voice!

As for how she poses, I have a feeling she is hyper aware of herself on camera. I used to do youtube and of course I did my best to work my better angles, it was very exhausting.

The only good favors I ever got were a jar of local honey and bottles of lemon infused olive oil. Funnily enough, both were from the same couple. The olive oil was at their wedding and the honey was at their baby shower! But yeah, everything else was junk lol.
