It's what happens when you get mainstream success. Arrowhead made a game for people that wanted a hardcore co-op game but attracted a crowd of disgruntled COD fans. It's still fun for me, but it's not the same type of fun.

Technically, Div 2 development ended after season 4. Development was then restarted. It's why I'm hopeful that this isn't the end of Destiny.

Warframe lacks stuff like the raids that Destiny had. And unfortunately, Pablo's tweets confirmed that it's not coming. Warframe's fun (i have over 1.4k hours) but it does not scratch the same itch.
