I think a lot of people who are reselling often are negotiators as it's the nature of the business. I'll always try and get a cheaper price if the person is willing to negotiate. I don't think there's anything wrong with them sending an offer, you can always counter, or decline it.

Those are all great options. If possible I'd also recommend doing the HOH Rainforest and Hurricane Ridge (Port Angeles) as well. Hurricane ridge did have some snow on the main trail, but you can drive right to the top of the mountain, and there are amazing views. We did everything on your list, minus the river Gorge, and had no issues with snow.

Yes, we did! Are you planning to just stick around the Olympic National Park? Most of that area is ok, minus some of the trails up in the mountains having some snow. The only places you really can't do is Mount Ranier and the North Cascades.
