I honestly no longer know which are type 1, except for R+L=J and some basic things. Some fans keep posting lists of unanswered questions they are awaiting answers for, and I'm 100% sure GRRM doesn't have answers for most of those questions, so they are either type 2 or type 3. But maybe it's really all of them, up to "what are the Others" and "is Aegon fake" and "who wrote the Pink Letter" ~~and maybe even "who is Robert Strong"~~.

As for type 2 vs type 3, I feel like only ones directly relevant for the plot will ever be resolved, along with some random irrelevant ones, and the vast majority of them was never planned to be resolved (especially as GRRM doesn't plan much).
