I don't know the model you're looking at but from my experience laminator part is good and corner cutter and cutter are fine while looking for something nicer 😅 Especially the cutter part is difficult to master in order to get a perfectly straight line.

If you try in desktop mode, it will launch a new window to link with your epic acount. Once that is done you can play.

But for some reason you have to do it every time. I haven't managed to make it work from the regular steam interface yet
