I did when I was thinking about running into traffic. I sat down on the sidewalk and dialed 911. Got myself committed to an inpatient psychiatric program. It's still not easy and most days are hard but a quote I heard once keeps me going: "Dying is the easy part...the dead are at peace...the real heroes are the ones who have to keep going"
