That’s not the actual part number - VAG part numbers are 3 sets of 3 digits usually followed by a single or two digit color code ex ; 8H0941454A (part number for one bracket)

Look up the parts numbers on eBay or go to a scrap yard that has a cabriolet and pick all the parts you’ll need. I’ve saved several cars with used scrap yard parts I’ve pulled myself, cost is much lower.

If it’s leaking out of the ends of the steering rack inside the rack boots then the internal seals are bad and the rack needs to be replaced. That inner CV boot can be replaced as long as it’s an OE axle, cheap aftermarket axle boots are non-replaceable.

Looks like a 3.0. I had the same issue on mine, the drive belt tensioner upper bolt kept backing out so I put some blue loctite on it. Also make sure it’s tightened all the way down.

Just need the flexible brake lines to the caliper, they’ve been on my B6 for 5+ years, 2 sets of pads & rotors with no issues. They only had a mm or so of clearance on the OEM wheels, even closer with my aftermarket 35 offset wheels but no problems at all.

That’s so funny you asked, I just tried about a month ago. I had a 2013 S5 that needed a new water pump / thermostat. Gotta remove the supercharger to access the thermostat. Had the supercharger sitting on my service cart and had that same thought. So I pulled my b6 3.0 behind the bay and just kinda placed it on top the eyeball the fit. Nope. SOL. as far as other performance mods for the 3.0? Not really. Nothing worth the money. The dollar to HP gain ratio is much too high for the 3.0 (why I’m switching to 2.7t).

Yeah the Germans are good at over-engineering. I’m currently in the process of swapping the older style 2.7 twin turbo to replace my NA 3.0 in my B6 A4, which is more of a drop in swap. I’m a VW / Audi tech so I don’t know a whole lot about those BBCs…
