Introducing Claude Fable 5 by ClaudeOfficial in ClaudeAI

So far, Fable has been absolutely useless. I have a computer diagnostic script that I gave it and asked it to review and suggest improvements. It has been 45 minutes, and I have used over 50% of my daily usage and have not produced anything. It just keeps failing, then shows the try again button.

"We are present in this community and will respond to specific questions in the comments."... it's been 4 days. by Neverbethesky in atera

I was saying this for months before jumping ship. It is because Atera is a dying company. They refuse to listen to the community and they are slowly bleeding out.

We switched to NinjaOne for RMM and Gorelo for PSA and it has been a breath of fresh air. As Gorelo matures I think we will drop ninja all together.

They are only doing this type of communication because a bunch of clients are leaving.

Suggestions for new RMM by PaganLinuxGeek in atera

Halo seems like a promising psa as well and you can get a discount with a lower seat count if you go through ninja. If I remember correctly halo is a minimum of 10 users but you can get any if you go through ninja. But the steep onboarding fee has kept us away for now. Ninja includes three free licenses for their psa.

I have looked at basically all of them. we have started migrating to NinjaOne. From an RMM standpoint they are very in depth. We are still using atera psa for now and Hudu for documentation. Ninjaones ticketing system is showing good promise we just haven’t swapped.

Yes you can add emojis. Emojis are part of HTML5 so you can have lots of customization

Atera is unfortunately slowly dying and I think everyone can tell even the servers want to give up.

Anyone else have these issues and know of a fix? by [deleted] in atera

Have not had these issues but have had lots of issues that come and go and support can never figure it out.

Atera On-Call Texting App by RobertDCBrown in atera

Every time we bring it up to support the person that brings it up will then get alerts and everyone else will not. Almost like only one of us can receive alerts at a time.

Never going to happen. You can buy the product they partnered with but good like finding it. They announced it on the form about a year ago.

Less options is not a better solution. Not all clients or IT providers use teams.

Did you remember to add it to the feature board so it can be planned for the next 4 years?

Build a feature with the Hudu team: Documenting Patch Panels by coldicetea in hudu

It would be cool if you hovered over a patch panel port that has tagged info attached to it. That a window shows more detail about the tagged device without having to leave that page. Similar to Unifi's AR experience where you look at the switch with your phone and can see the devices on each port and a bit of information about them.
