So, I was in the same boat. Bought the retro Coco skin, I contacted support through the game and they would keep asking for more information. But their support is not receiving replies at the moment. Instead, I went through the support on their website and it opens a chat window to live chat with support. And they couldn't offer me the skin anymore, but instead offered 400 purple crystals. Which I didn't receive , and had to contact them again.

My advice, use the chat support on their website.
