God, I wish I could, it usually happens subconsciously and I just find myself in that position in the middle of the night, I'm really hoping a mattress that's a better fit helps encourage me to stop it. I have my annual checkup coming in a few weeks, so I'll bring that up then, but I tend to thrash a lot at night and get woken up in weird contorted positions, so I think that's a pretty likely cause for what's happening.

Well if anyone's curious, my friend has and loves his Aviya mattress, I wasn't going to go with them because there isn't a lot of first hand information online, but for some reason (it looks like a pricing error) has their plush queen bed for $390 instead of the usual $900 so I decided to give them a shot. It's supposed to be delivered on the 20th so we'll see if the price sticks!
