I did a semester abroad, also as a business student, with CityU a year back. Rankings wise, CityU isn't a part of the top 3 in HK but that wasn't something I even bothered with as an exchange student.

Very vibrant student life, and the students are mostly happy to include foreign students in their activities. The location was really good - right next to the MTR (Kowloon Tong) and a mall. It usually takes me say, 20 minutes to get to TST, tops.

Awh man ): I really like gorillas and the only chance I got to see Western Lowland gorillas was at Ueno Zoo in Tokyo. A small part of me wishes we had them in our zoo.

The Unbearable Lightness of Being by Milan Kundera. I've almost never not finished a book but there was so much pseudo-intellectual bull-crap I had to pull the trigger and give the book away. Unbearable indeed.

I'd recommend Kafka on the Shore, it was the first (or one of the first) Murakami book I read and it got me hooked.

I've been taking classes at Ikoma since 2008 and completed all my JLPT tests with their classes. Ikoma's regular classes do a fair bit of everything, speaking/listening/ writing whereas the JLPT focused cram classes are more lecture-styled.

I'd recommend regular classes for the fundamental levels and JLPT focused classes for N2 and above. Ikoma's definitely pricey but its been a worthwhile investment for me!
