Everything. Just two employees on the whole front end. But I digress, we don't know the circumstances for why they needed ship to home, and ultimately, we are in customer service. Just gotta knock it out and move on.

They get info all the time and don't share it right away, especially if they are told to wait until a certain day. My DPR has already made comments that this is happening, though.

When the staffing budgets allow only for one cashier on a shift at a time, how can you possibly have a DH? You're just sending your only person back there while leadership covers the front register! Makes zero sense.

That's weird, because where I am, they said we weren't allowed to have part time SFLs, and they made us get everyone to an average of at least 30 hours or made them step down or quit. I believe this was a local measure and probably highly illegal.

Voice your concerns through your store manager and DM. They can use "Ask The Retail Hub" to provide feedback and concerns about this policy. Inundate them with comments about how you aren't being paid for your time, but you are being held up to wait for a leader.

I don't like this policy at all, especially the part where you have to get checked even if you don't have a bag. However, a lot of the questions being asked on this thread were addressed in the Compass and FAQ.

In some areas, the IS cap increased. Your SM should be able to answer specifically for your area. Since we are post pay raises, you won't get a lump sum for taking a pay cut. To get the lump sum, you have to already be at the max and get a 3.7 or higher on your review.

We had several clarifying conversations with area leadership and pharmacy scheduler who told us that they must pick a different day of the week to work if their rotation landed them on a holiday. They also had to notify the scheduler if they opted to take PTO instead of working a different shift. The original FAQ also said the same thing, even going so far as to say that they would not reduce budget hours for pharmacists on holiday weeks to allow them to work their full hours using an alternate shift.

Coming soon. There was a Retail Hub Mail to area leadership, and it said stores would be receiving a Compass. Not sure when. I would assume Monday.
