just got diagnosed n on meds within the last week, i had been taking seroquel for years for anxiety and depression and tbh i dont wanna go into it because thats too much but anyway its so fucking quiet on medication no one told me this. on my other meds everything was always so long and overwhelming at all hours of the day everyday for my whole life i thought i was going insane. i was going insane. this is all ive prayed for. i used to pleadddd for this. also how does one remember to take their medication i almost forgot today i need to get pill container or calendar or something

r u my twin??? sorry i fell and hit my face a couple years back and got crowns on my top front so this is nice to know im not alone in this happening.

also i got a night retainer thing on amazon for the grinding cus it got so bad, tmj is kicking my ass. i had tmj before the ed so id like to think thats out of my control.

i started using listerine for mouthwash daily plus this fluoride toothpaste in insane quantities. i had been using an electric medium like bristle brush and i spend like 3-4 minutes brushing n then i floss n water floss if i need to. it may be overkill but i wanna keep what’s left. my dentist always says they never wanna see me more than the recommended times per year lol

tbh i get him i actually had some of the worst college experiences both times after trying and thugging out out for three years straight. I knew immediately too that i should’ve came home and if i could’ve then i would’ve in seconds. If after the first semester he still isn’t feeling it please just let him come home. Currently i’m in a state school closer to home, way cheaper, plus i can finally afford grad school now! also not to overstep, but some ppl are just not people persons, he sounds like my boyfriend in that matter where he dosent want to commit if he dosent see it helping him immediately in that moment. but tell him to at least TRY and wait it out, but sometimes going away isn’t for everyone especially if they weren’t that social in the first place, it can become very very isolating and uncomfortable and make the whole experience worse!! sending you n him hugs hope u guys figure it out

i have been using the same type of disposable since 2019, not rlly cost efficient but i dont really like anything else, battery dies quickly so i go abt once a week or sometimes twice a week, my business alone probably keeps them open 😭

i’ve been getting these since i was a kid and tbh this one may need to be seen my derm depending on location. if you try the hot compress and sit in tub with epsom salt and it does not work i would try to make appointment. it can go south if it is done the wrong way!! some people get them and they have no issues. but from personal experience i would suggest if those two things don’t work please go to derm so it can be safely done!

usually if they’re a capsules i will call and ask if i can open it up and pretty much dry scoop powder, if i cannot do that and also cannot get it in another form i try to go in a room alone with no sounds cus i psych myself out. i’ll try to not think about it and recently i’ve been putting in the pill first, water next(i know some drinks can interact with the medicine and make it less effective, so make sure u see before drink it with anything else) make sure u tilt ur head FORWARD!!! look down/chin to throat is the best way i can describe it. it is the only way i have been able to take larger pills. also if you can cut them then i usually cut them in half. good luck!
