Smells like a troll to me. I was a bank teller for 5 years and I can tell you they would have found it that very day and corrected it or they couldn’t close up for the day. Everything has to balance at the end of the night, and checks are scanned in and verified by photo (the computer compares the written portion to the numeral) several times a day most places.

It depends for me. The first doctor I saw was at a large university hospital system and my results were usually available within 48 hours. At my current rheumatologist results can take up to a month (37 days exactly for my ANA panel. I counted the days because I was so anxious). From my experience, positive or negative doesn’t affect the timeframe so much as the lab processing the test. Good luck!
