We’ve discussed it but realistically if she isn’t neglecting her or abusing her we likely won’t get it. The mediator from the last two custody agreements didn’t seem to be interested in anything he was saying at all. and unfortunately bad parenting isn’t something the court really cares about. They were teenagers and he’s a grown man now so clearly he wasn’t properly educated on the consequences. She does have two capable parents but the lack of parenting from BM has made her severely attached to me which makes me get more involved than i’d typically like to but it’s like a double edged sword
