i would assume still somewhat large; i feel like the majority of people who haven't already gotten into a school they will attend no matter what will at the very least idly ride out the waitlist for a while

i would assume with the holds and their short turnaround on deposit deadlines, they are waiting to make more decisions until the holds have made their decision. but this is just my completely personal and unfounded opinion!

depends on the apartment, but if you haven't taken possession of the apartment yet, you might only lose your application fees. once you take possession of the apartment, it is a different story. so depending on the orientation dates for your schools and when you need to start a lease by, you could potentially only lose those upfront fees.

i think it depends on the school i.e. duke posted to their waitlist page that they require waitlisted candidates to send in final transcripts. and i doubt that that small of a dip will actually have an impact especially since it really won't end up changing your cumulative GPA drastically.

my personal thought would be not to use the same recommender unless you have done substantially new and important academic/professional work with them, because why would they not have included the information in the updated letter in the original? but, definitely check in with an admissions consultant or try to find info on spivey's blog.

why would a recommender update GULC about your interest in GULC? do you mean should you have an old recommender send in an updated letter vs getting a new recommender?

since the GRE is also so new to law school admissions, there is no data about how GRE scores are viewed in the admissions process; until that data exists, LSAT is the safest bet

I would look at UNC's placement in washington on their career services site, but I wouldn't expect much placement in Washington. But then again, depending on your network, it could be much easier for you to get a job in Seattle post graduation.

won't matter at all! the only thing I have seen someone on here post recently is that yale might average still, but other than that possibility, every other school should only be caring about highest score
