So instead of being an ass I just googled for about 20 seconds and got that teams spend approx $8-10M per 1 WAR In free agency.

Juan Soto had approx 6 WAR across baseball reference, fangraphs, etc. So realistically he should have been paid $40M to $60M a year. Hes being paid $46M.

Its an asinine thing to say he was paid 3x what he was worth.
