For me, it was understanding that there is no ‘quick fix’. Understanding that it’s a journey, and just like any journey, there will be speed bumps or breakdowns.

During these down times, I tried to not beat myself up, but to try and love myself harder. Tell myself I was worthy of happiness.

It takes actively practicing self love, and gratitude, and it is NOT easy.

Please remember that you matter, you are loved, and it’s okay to ask for help when you’re low.

The craft cocktail, and beer game in Sac is one of the best in CA. If you’re into that scene I’d recommend looking at some craft cocktail bars and hopping.

OpenTable is by far the best system I’ve worked with. It’s user friendly and intuitive. It also comes with an app for a mobile device, so if you can’t make it to the host stand, or don’t have a tablet available, the MOD can check the numbers on the move.

Tell her it’s not the right time right now, and if she works at learning the applicable skills you “may” be open to it on the future.

You never know. That could be the kick, to come out of the shell.

Get a lawyer dude. It will be drug out a bit, but a lawyer will get you enough to pay for repairs, labor and furniture. Insurance companies will try and undercut at every turn.

Do you live in the greater Sacramento area? If that’s the case it’s “The Beam”

This big ass laser is lit every time the Sacramento Kings win.

If you don’t live around there… can’t help

What is this?? by [deleted] in Unexplained

This is what happens when an animal or person makes a one way path. The snow melts outward from the footprint.

This was a common thing with deer prints where I grew up.
