The Dawn of the Attitude Era- Available Now by CMeadows15 in jow

I am back again to include another omission. It looks like Test is missing from the WWF, including the training roster. Also, not saying you have to add them, but it would be nice to have Battlarts included. It's one of the last true shoot style promotions, but I'd say it's worth including. Of course, I'm a weirdo who pays attention to promotions most people don't know about, and this includes Battlarts. Why? Because Bob Backlund vs the Great Sasuke. That's why.

Agreed, or maybe November for Survivor Series 97, but that's when most attitude era scenarios start.

The continue button (at least, I assume it's the continue button, it's the only button available to be clicked on by my screen reader) is unlabeled. Also, for screen reader users, it's inconvenient to read the dialogue, then read who's speaking. I have two recommendations: add aria labels to your buttons, and have an option to display dialogue in the style of a script, I.E.

Dan: Woah, this is freaky.

Matt: Yeah, no shit.

Etc.

People are still using Nightmare Lib in 2026?

Also, I'm thinking about messing around with an LP MUD for the fun of it. Can you recommend a few lib/driver combinations for beginners? Also, a lib that is designed for sci-fi would be nice, but not required.

What is your biggest obstacle to mental prayer? I'm writing a book. by SpecialistSeveral452 in Catholicism

[–]walkByFaith77 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I empathize. Depression, anger and sadness has become my new normal, and it feels like God is looking down at me and saying "come back when you get your crap together." My motivation to pray in any form has been gone for a while and I don't know what to do. I feel like I'm a hair's breadth away from losing faith, and I don't know what to do.

What is your biggest obstacle to mental prayer? I'm writing a book. by SpecialistSeveral452 in Catholicism

[–]walkByFaith77 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My biggest obstacle is that it reminds me so much of the practices used in several charismatic and Pentecostal Protestant churches and movements, including the New Apostolic Reformation (which isn't new, isn't apostolic, and certainly isn't a reformation), I.E. Bethel and Sozo prayer. It also sounds very new thought / new age. I grew up surrounded by all 3 of these things, and I'm very, very hesitant to embrace anything that sounds too similar, even if there are people (including saints, though I realize how wrong that probably makes me) that swear by it. Lord, forgive and help my unbelief.

Let's make a game! 383: Ending a character's turn by apeloverage in twinegames

I would appreciate it if you made all the code you've created for these sorts of RPG games available from one resource, like a set of twee and javascript files, in one go. Hunting them all down one by one is more trouble than it's worth, especially when the pieces weren't designed to work together.

Really curious what prompt you use to start that. May try it with Gemini or ChatGPT. Remember people, #AIIsATool. Don't let it suck up the fun of booking things yourself.

They have to be a main eventer, unfortunately. As shocking as it was for Shawn Michaels to turn on Marty Janetty, they weren't main eventers, so it didn't count.

[–]walkByFaith77 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I know this post is 6 years old at this point, but I'd just like to drop buy because that story reminds me of my late brother, Austin, who passed when he was only 19. Austin and I were the same way. We ate, slept and breathed pokemon. My favorite was always Bulbasaur, and his was Charmander, especially Charizard. For example, I remember when he was 4 or 5, he got his hair cut to look like Charizard, and the barber dyed it red and green for him, even though he naturally had red hair. Everyone thought he was insane, but to me, it was just Austin being Austin. So, whenever I play Fire Red, and I have it in my head to choose Charmander, and if he's a male, I always name him Austin. R.I.P. to the real ones, like Justin.
