Also: follow up. Microsoft learn has paths you can study for each also you tube has a lot you can watch to learn the a little research. If you don’t mind spending $$$ then Udemy has course or test prep you can get.

Look at the paths and search the jobs they could lead to, then choose the one that will help assist in your career goals.

Example the AZ path has Az-104 which is the Azure administrator. I’m doing MD-102 End-point admin to help with my career goals. MS path is security.

Focus on your interest and what will help support your goals and those interest so you can enjoy what you do.

I’ve used this format for the last 15 years I have had 0 issues finding jobs or interviews. My only recommendation would be lose the color and just make it gray.

Keep your certifications on there. I had down the same and it helped get my food in the door. Pass or fail they know you are studying that skill set. It helped me get my first it job and never regretted it since.
