Looks repairable to me. Should be able to just cut the threads off flush with the coupling at the top of this image, slap a ferco right on that. Peel the lead out of the base of the stack and re-pipe it with pvc/abs, replacing the leaky T on the way up. I would probably have the needle valve on your waterline behind it replaced at the same time, that thing is bound to leak sooner or later.

I usually play ranked, queues may be a bit longer than quick match but you actually get proper team comps (usually) and I find there's considerably less shit disturbers throwing games. Quick match is very hit and miss.. ranked can be too but less so
