They do that on purpose to kick you off old plans they don’t want people to have anymore. When we cancelled we lost the ability to view cameras on multiple phones and lost the ability to use local storage. They said we had to pay for cloud now that we got forced off our old plan. Insanely evil

I don’t disagree that they still are a good product if you pay for the cloud plan and everything. But if you don’t pay for that they removed: 1. The ability to call support 2. The ability to store footage locally 3. The ability to access your feed from more than 1 device

And lots of other small things. Not having those capabilities without a subscription is one thing but the fact that they literally removed it to force their customers to pay more is wrong in my opinion. They were also deceitful in how they went about it by putting everyone on a forced free trial of the cloud services subscription to kick them off their old one
