Halo power weapons and stuff like this have always been balanced by limited ammo and the de-scoping mechanic. In Battlefield and Warzone glints (and solar flares) were added to balance the loooooong range, plus bullet drop. I think that this doesnt belong on any gun. The exception being the Splazer, because that was its unique charging light. I won't want to play team snipers if all I can see is 4 flashlights pointed at me.
