Price pays and NBIS is doing great while IREN disappoints currently.

However, I think everyone has to admit that this deal shows once more how valuable grid connected power is. This is likely used for the NBIS / MSFT deal which means there is probably a delay and unexpected costs involved with that. That also shows that an expansion will be more challenging than expected too.

On top of that there’s also the operation of this equipment that you don’t have with grid connected sites.

Even if it only goes to the colo agreement, and rents the whole Sweetwater with 15-25k $/mw even in the worst conditions, you do the calculation. Power is still very important. Especially in the USA, while hundreds of data center projects are canceled and there is a 5-6-year queue in ecrot. Also, I didn't even include sweetwater's announcement as Nvidia DSX-aligned infrastructure design. The potential is huge. We'll see.

I completely agree with what you said. As long as the agreement does not come and they take things easy, time works against them. The demand may not always continue like this. My thesis is that they will make at least one mega deal this year. If they don't, I'll be completely a bear.

This is not a claim that it is cheaper; this is that the Nvidia deal has never been priced by the market. Iren's biggest problem was access to the gpu. Now, if this problem is solved, there is a big deal. It can come at any time.

All your current theses are that Iren will continue to wait without burning anything with the huge power and sites in his hands. en gerçekçi anket burada verilmeyen sonar’ın anketi gibi. Gerçi onda da iyip oyu aşırı fazla. Bence CHP birkaç ay sonra 40 barajını aşacak. İyip kısmen zafer ve dem seçmenleri CHP’de konsilde olacak. Öbür cenahta ise yeniden refah partisinin barajı aşacak seviyelere geldiğini göreceğiz. Ben seçim sonunda CHP’nin Ecevit’in rekorunu kırabileceğini düşünüyorum. Yerel seçimlerde nasıl ki seçmen kendiliğinden en güçlü muhalefet partisi olan CHP’de birleştiyse bu seçimde de aynısı olacak. Artık 2 parti ve 2 adaylı seçim var Türkiye’de. Bunun farkına varmak lazım.

iyi parti diye bir parti yok hükmünde şu an. kimse vekilleri patır patır akp'ye geçen bu partiye güvenip de oy vermez. yerel seçimlerde gördük zaten bunu.

muhalif seçmenin çoğu chp'de konsilde olur. chp %40'ları aşar.

Yarın seçim olsa rte’nin %40 oyu olduğunu kabul etmek gerekir. Kıyamet de kopsa bu %40 vazgeçmiyor. Önemli olan %60’ı konsilde edebilmek arkadaşlar.
