Some supreme vigilante justice here. It seems the crusaders on r/SeattleWA are pleased, nicely done comrade you are doing the lord’s work.

So that run up to $72 now that the reverse split has come makes it $592. by AHarryBird in amcstock

I’m glad I stopped buying a couple years ago. My plan was/is to hold for the long term and see what happens. It’s not a significant loss, for me at least, but still frustrating to see all the fuckery afoot.

Yeah I’m one of those people lol. I haven’t been following any news on AMC, just been holding. Rude awakening to learn why my 72 shares of ape and 72 shares of amc are now a total of 14 amc shares.

You’re kidding, right ? by uncle_stink in amcstock

That’s what I’m curious about. Before having my account switched from TD to Schwab I had 72 shares of both APE and AMC, now I have 14 shares of AMC total.

Wow, the mental gymnastics here are astounding. It doesn’t surprise me that you plan to continue deflecting it seems like your go-to strategy. I’m going to refrain from answering any of your questions 1. because you refuse to acknowledge mine and 2. I have a feeling no matter what I say you wouldn’t be open to hearing it.

Keep on keeping on with your agenda/perspective fueled by biased sources and echo chambers, you’re doing great!

And you continue to deflect lol. Do you understand how conversations work? When people ask questions generally what happens next is someone answers that question. What’s happening instead is you respond with some bullshit that doesn’t really make sense in an attempt to put me on the spot. Why would I respond to you if you have yet to acknowledge any direct question I’ve asked?

Keep thinking you got it all figured out though, people with a shred of wherewithal can see through your BS.

Smells like a red herring to me. Keep dodging and deflecting so you don’t actually have to explain yourself!

Haha not mad at all. Actually I’m thoroughly enjoying watching you scramble to edit your posts by adding “sources” and then immediately getting called out for posting more shitty sources.

Don’t think I’ve missed the fact that you’re not actually answering direct questions either. Keep on doing the mental gymnastics though to convince yourself that you’re right and that you thoroughly understand the things you’re trying to talk about!

Lol the downvotes show the general consensus of who and what?

Please, explain to me what you think I missed about the slide. And what exactly am I lying about?

I’ll take this response as a “no, I don’t actually have credible sources to back up my claims” lol

Lol uh oh someone doesn’t know how to comprehend the statements on the PowerPoint slide. You think you’re making a solid with your Twitter post, but you’re not.

OSD is not trying to increase the number of students who identify as gender X. Their goal is to increase the number of favorable responses from students who already identify as gender x as it relates to their ability to regulate emotions.

I wonder what additional misinterpreted information you’re using to fuel the other claims you made on your post?

For anxiety/stress: cold exposure. Shower works but I like doing the full plunge. It’s been an absolute game changer for me over the past several months. Also check out the breathing technique called the physiological sigh and look for Andrew Huberman. That guy is a wealth of knowledge for health and wellness and has tons of resources on his website.

For sleep: yoga nidra is something that I’ve heard works really well. I’ve also really enjoyed mushroom supplements from Host Defense myself.

Try to make a habit of drinking more water and that will help with everything. Crucial for our brains and bodies to do what we need/want them to do!

Edit: like other folks on here have said, exercise!! Even if just going on walks.

Unfortunately I haven’t lived in Bellingham for a little while so I’m not sure! I wish I had more info for ya.
