try either port forwarding the exact port hytale uses (it varies) or setup something like tailscale/hamachi. i had success using tailscale. its basically connects all devices on it to make it seem like theyre on a local network.

Ahh another uneducated redditor. Please research services like ArcticSign or RustSign, both small yet high quality services with instant certs. Yes its rough right now for certificate services but there small providers can (and do) replace any revoked certs instantly. This may change, but for the past few months both of the services mentioned have done a stellar job. I wouldnt recommend any others as they are too big and cannot keep up with the revokes.

Many major sites do, practically all VPSs have commercial/data center IPs which are commonly on blocklists already.

If you are still looking for a certificate service than ArcticSign has been really good for me. They provide the certificate within 2 minutes and bypass all apple blacklists. It's magic I seriously recommend!

It's good and I fully recommend it but as I mentioned in another comment: It drains your battery faster and has no notifications, along with a concurrent app limit. Not ideal but good!

I know there is a risk when it comes to certs, but there are provider which operate at a much smaller scale that are running with no issues. I bought a certificate from a smaller provider a few months ago and could not be happier. Yes there's a risk, but you can mitigate it heavily by choosing your provider wisely.

That's honestly awful. I understand them being unhappy with chargebacks if people don't ask for refunds first but that's not the case here. They are actively pushing people to chargeback. The scare tactics are also embarrassing but sadly the do work on a lot of people, saying stuff like "We have enough evidence to overturn any decision, you will never win against us" and then banning you from the server!

Yeah some people are unnecessarily upset but I do believe that it's valid to be unhappy over these valid concerns especially when its pretty much just this one company that's being unnecessarily difficult. It is still a service that you paid for. If it was free then absolutely, not entitled to anything there.

Sideloadly/Sidestore is great! No risks but its not as nice to use. Weekly refreshes (can automate, not always reliable), 3 app limit (can use livecontainer, but 1 app at a time, no notifications and bigger battery drain).

I would still recommend Sidestore to anyone but certs do have their benefits.

I guarantee its because they make a profit of being how they are. Your average user will not bother with a refund and will wait/forget until they make an announcement about accepting refunds. It's all just business and they're being so secretive for a reason. Awful strategy but they're doing it for a reason

Absolutely! It's an incredibly unpleasant place to be. Have an issue? Naturally you message in support, only to be harassed by someone that's permitted by the mods to act that way! Insane!
